We are looking for a **Global Treasury Operation Director**based in **Madrid**.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Oversee Treasury Front/Middle & Back Office for Global operations (including LATAM, EMEA, MENA and APAC region (+90 markets)).
- Lead and control Aleph Regional Treasury Teams ensuring alignment with local business needs and corporate guidelines.
- Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flow. Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions. Secure compliance with the cashflow management process including full adoption of the Treasury Management System.
- Manage the company payment policy and assure compliance according to global policy and internal controls. Coordinate payment cycle.
- Keep Treasury policy up to date according to best practices.
- Lead KYC requirements from a banking perspective.
- Actively monitor changes in government and central bank regulations, to quickly adapt accordingly.
- Partner with Global Treasury Director to deliver treasury global strategy within the regions.
- Supervise local cash flow forecasting and reporting, manage intercompany funding process for the region, constantly seeking optimization.
- Bank costs optimization / Analysis of innovative tools to support biz growth
- Financial institution relationship management including the negotiation of cash management products etc.
- Ensure timely monthly reporting deadlines are met.
- Coordinate Global cash management tools to centralize financial information and maximize benefit.
- Take active participation in the cash centralization process and strategies. Including compliance with trapped cash targets.
**What You Need For This Role**:
- 10+ years' experience in finance leadership, leading a global/regional treasury center and/or in a regional bank´s transactional team.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management from a top undergraduate institution, or equivalent experience; MBA, CFA, and/or CPA is a plus.
- Knowledge of LATAM, APAC & EMEA banking and regulatory environment.
- Strong team player, with excellent people, communication, project management and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Lookerstudio, Kyriba, Bloomberg, SAP and Power BI is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
