Conducting its business as a trusted partner for more than 45 years, Pluxee is committed to creating a positive impact on all its stakeholders, from driving business to local communities, to supporting wellbeing at work for employees while protecting the planet. ***Your next challenge***As a Treasury & Collection Manager you will be leading 2 separate teams, one fully dedicated to Treasury and another to Collections, being in charge of the company's liquidity and cash management, optimize cash cycles and FCF, identify risks and opportunities, manage global financial planning requirements and develop the new treasury model.***Treasury:**** Define and manage Treasury strategies for local team.* Conduct budget and forecast planning at detailed level, aligned to Global Treasury requirements.* Act as main POC with Global Treasury team, responsible for reporting and analytics.* Contribute to optimize and improve profitability with efficient cash management and seeking local investment opportunities* Lead treasury-related projects (e.g., tool rollouts, process redesign, automation) and implement locally global projects and requirements.* Oversee the Treasury Management System (TMS), forecasting tools, and payment platforms.* Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance within all treasury systems.* Maintain strong internal control environment in line with audit and compliance requirements.* Ensure treasury activities across regions comply with local and international regulations.* Monitor KYC/AML adherence in all banking transactions.***Collections:**** Oversee the cash collection team and processes.* Develop and implement collection strategies to improve cash flow.* Monitor and report on collection performance and metrics.* Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.* Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve collection issues.* Provide training and support to collection staff.** *You’re a match**** Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field.* 5+ years of experience treasury department within a multinational environment, working with global teams and/or HQ.* Strong knowledge and experience on definition and implementation of treasury strategies.* Experience in collections is a plus.* 2+ years of management experience with teams of 4-8 people.* Fluent in Spanish and English.* Analytical mindset.* Excellent communication skills.* Hybrid model: 3 days at the office and 2 days at home.**** ***To get this challenge***• Video call or face to face with TA Hub• Face to face with Finance Director• Video call or face to face with Finance HRBP/ HRD• Video call or face to face with Finance Global Treasury**** ***Your location :*** Madrid ***Happy at work***1) A meaningful job: Be the change Help us build the future of employee benefits by bringing to life sustainable and personalized experiences and contribute to make a real impact on millions of lives.
