MISSION
Enable Ficosa to develop and execute its strategy by ensuring the external salary competitiveness and the Ficosa internal equity, trying to optimize the balance between the compensation motivational potential and its impact on the business profitability. Act as a strategic partner, fostering Ficosa’s values & being entrepreneurial in accordance with the ethical code and the laws.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS

Coordinate the annual salary increase process and manage the variable compensation system for Ficosa Top Management.

Design and implement flexible compensation systems suitable to the needs/market situation of each country.

Establish expatriation and employees transfer policies. Manage expatriation processes/transfers with support of the Ficosa tax department.

Update the job descriptions and the job position evaluation for the company periodically.

Supervise global implementation of SOX policies in Human Resources area, checking the proof provided in GRC are done according the SOX requirements.

Manage information systems established from Human Resources department for the Executive Committee, analyzing and managing manpower and labor costs for every country / region and global consolidation. Ensure the data is reliable.

Support management and local HR team in compensation and benefits matters.

Manage local and corporate audits.

Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.

Lead the HR & OHSE team, ensuring their effectiveness, development and motivation; fostering Ficosa's values.

Provide the team with the necessary means to comply with OHSE rules and ensure they are used properly.

Actively cooperate in the maintaining, promoting and improving of OHSE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

**Academic background**:
Bachelor’s degree

**Languages**:
Fluent local language & Fluent English (spoken & written)

**Experience**:
Minimum of 3 years in similar position in an international company

**Travel**:
Willing to travel

**Additional training**:
Knowledge of compensation and benefits and/or human resources would be of additional value
