**The Opportunity**:
**We are looking for a talented Junior Finance Administrator to be based at our headquarters in Barcelona. This is a fulltime indefinite contract. The Finance Administrator is responsible for ensuring that the company’s Finance department is working optimally, supporting the team to meet the deadlines. We are looking for a junior profile, fresh graduate or someone with a little experience.**:
**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Control and review the purchase order process** **- One of your tasks will be controlling and reviewing the purchase order (PO) process. We have an internal process for the purchase order approvals. You will be responsible for that process, which involves controlling the purchases orders and following up.
**Organise** and book received invoices from suppliers and collaborators **- You will be responsible for the invoices received from our suppliers and collaborators and obtain the approval requirements before recording and paying them.
**Support Finance Manager in client invoicing tasks** **- The sales invoicing process is complex and you will be supporting the Finance team with client invoicing.
**Check and register expense notes and bank transfers** - Employees create travel expense notes. You will be responsible for checking if the requirements for such expense notes are followed and registering them in our accounting system.

**Required **Experience, Knowledge, Skills**:
**Qualifications** **- You have a degree or technical qualification in Finance, Accountancy, Business administration or a related field.
**Language skills** - TMC is a multinational and diverse company. Although based in Spain, our company language is English and therefore you need to demonstrate a reasonable level of written and spoken English.
**Multi-tasker** - You are able to handle various tasks at once, while always following up with members of the company in a friendly and timely manner.
**Previous Experience** - This is a plus but not required.
**Attention-to-detail** - You have a good eye for detail and work thoroughly and accurately to get the task done.
