**MISSION**

The BECE team strives for business excellence, ensuring a streamlined, data-driven and customer-centric approach. This team is key to driving growth, efficiency, and customer value in an omnichannel world.- **ROLE**
- The person will report to the country Head of BECE, joining a team of passionate people who have fun working.**Roles and responsibilities**
- **Align Strategy with Execution.**Ensure strategic objectives are effectively executed. Turning strategy into measurable results.Understand and collect the BU's needs in terms of key 360º business analysis information: Sales/market performance, CEIP, analysis and monitoring SoB and VoC.
- **Using Data to Drive Decisions**. Data analytics to give us insights into customer behaviours and market trends, helping us better forecast and identify opportunities. Work together with CRM and PowerBI specialists in the creation, maintenance and evolution of dashboards for optimal 360º business monitoring.
- **Improve Customer Experience.**By streamlining interactions and incorporating feedback, to build stronger customer relationships and increase loyalty.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the pharmaceutical sector preferred
- Min. 5 years of previous experience in business analysis, project management or business consulting roles.
- Mastery of data analysis tools.

**Compentencies**
- Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a team and manage interpersonal relationships.
- Ability to analyze processes and propose improvements based on data.
- Languages: native Spanish and fluent English
