Grafana Labs is looking for a **Senior** **Recruiter **to support our GTM teams and leaders, focusing on sales hiring, on a 6 month contract. You will work alongside our Talent Team to deeply understand hiring requirements, hiring challenges, organizational structure, and individual team dynamics.
- **Responsibilities and Requirements**:

- **Proven experience** working as a senior recruiter. Experience working directly with senior leaders focusing on sales hiring in SaaS/Tech space.
- You have a network of sales professionals that you are able to present.
- Own** high-volume recruiting** across a variety of roles across primarily sales roles globally.
- Willingness to support the talent acquisition team on any hiring necessary including other GTM and R&D roles.
- Work in a **remote-first** company where **communication is key**. You are happy to face off to different time zones.
- You’re comfortable in a **high-paced **environment. You embrace change and ambiguity.
- You’re familiar with **Greenhouse** and **LinkedIn Recruiter.**:

- Available to work on a 6 month contract position in the United States/EMEA.

In Spain, the targeted daily compensation is EUR500. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
