**A Day in the Life**:Bring your technical and clinical expertise to our team and train, educate and inspire our sales team and customers all around Spain to advance patient care and outcomes with Medtronic products and therapies so that it contributes to achieve the Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) targets and objectives in the field of electrophysiology. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**:

- Plan and execute of technical and education programs, prioritizing technical and education programs with review and input from the Sales Manager and other functional groups, i.e., marketing, consistent with the Country Business Plan
- Act as the technical expert and reference for the CA solutions team, provide technical support to the customers (becoming an expert in our portfolio of products)
- Provide technical support to the procedures, provide troubleshooting support to field sales force and customers on request
- Participate in the development of employee and customer training/education programs. Prepare study materials, plan, organize, and conduct training to customers (physicians, technicians, nurses, and administration) in collaboration with the Sales force team and Training & Education department
- Support Sales force during presentations to customers upon request as well as marketing and sales in the introduction and market release of new products and therapies through clinical review and inputting to sales and marketing brochures
- Collaborate in the AOP consecution through the technical and clinical support to both CAS team and external customersReport all account, market and competitive information and trends and metrics in a comprehensive, complete, and timely fashion. As well as report accurately all product related events (e.g., customer feedback, product and legal issues and risks etc) and customer complains following the compliance requirements

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- University degree in Life-Science or Engineer
- At least 1 years of experience in the medical device industry including a hospital operation room environment is highly valued
- Experience in 3D Navigation & Mapping
- Knowledge of Electrophysiology procedures and products.
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Clean driving license, availability and willingness to travelAbility to operate in a matrix environment and work effectively with sales force, physicians, nurses, and hospital technicians

Skills to work independently on projects/duties as well as have a Spain-wide view.
