As part of the Strategy and Culture subgroup, Data Strategists are responsible for making PepsiCo’s strategic vision real by conceiving, initiating, and shepherding high-priority data projects. This is an intensely collaborative position, requiring close interaction with business leaders, data practitioners, and strategic leaders in Data & Analytics.

**Your day to day with us**:

- Work with the Strategy team to deliver Enterprise Strategy in line with PepsiCo’s transformation vision
- Support the strategy team with thought leadership demonstrating understanding of PepsiCos transformation vision
- Responsible for the planning and execution of specific strategic initiatives
- Collaborate and maintain relationships with key leaders, business stakeholders, and practitioners, globally
- Responsible for keeping strategic initiatives on track, solving or escalating any roadblocks
- Partner with Global stakeholders across data + analytics and PepsiCo business units to drive forward the strategic data initiatives
- Play an active role in upskilling and communicating strategy across the business

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 5 years experience working on data & technical projects
- Project management experience preferred
- Consulting experience preferred

**Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge**:

- Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with principles of data governance, data management, data architecture, compliance, and ethics
- Experience in project management (ideally both waterfall and agile methodologies)
- Experience working on developing and executing strategy across a complex, matrixed, organization
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex results to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision, manage projects independently and is comfortable raising risks and issues - Strong attention to detail and extremely well-organized
- Ability to interface with the business and recognize their needs and priorities
- Ability to build strong relationships cross-functionally and across varying levels of seniority
- Positive and flexible attitude to enable adjusting to different needs in a fast-changing environment
