**About the department**:
The Finance department supports our company through a range of financial tasks, including handling payables and receivables, managing reimbursements, and addressing all financial-related issues.

**About the role**:
We are looking for a new colleague with enthusiasm for numbers. You have a structured and accurate way of working, fit into a dynamic environment, and possess a solution-oriented attitude. As Accounts Receivable, you will have the chance to broaden your accounting knowledge and be part of a fast-growing company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reconcile shipment with customer GR before issuing VAT invoice, ensuring timely issuance to avoid collection delays.
- Data validation among SO, PO, and DN.
- Coordinate with sales team, logistics team, and customers for any unreconciled items.
- Submit and record invoices to clients, Credit Note, and Debit Note.
- Ensure the correct accounting treatment of invoices to clients.
- Follow-up on accounts receivable (cleaning, collection, and maintenance).
- Prepare AR analysis report/sales-related report.
- Prepare cash receipts for customer collection, according to movements reported by the Treasury.

**Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required**:

- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in accounting or economics.
- 1-3 years in Accounts Receivable is preferred.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Spanish accounts and tax laws; familiarity with SAP system is preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Nice to have: Certificate of 33% disability.
