Company Description

Founded in 2015, ABL DIAGNOSTICS has designed, developed, manufactured, marketed and supported in France and internationally, directly or via a network of exclusive distributors in 45 countries, molecular biology diagnostic tests for detection (UltraGene®) and genotyping by DNA sequencing (DeepChek®), for infectious diseases.

These are the result of proprietary know-how acquired over the years and scientific collaborations with renowned teams and dedicated technical protocols. ABL DIAGNOSTICS has particularly developed high-tech genotyping medical devices for chronic infectious diseases such as AIDS, viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, and also for the genotyping of SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19), as well as other viral and bacterial targets.

ABL DIAGNOSTICS offers its customers complementary products in the patient care value chain such as sample collection kits (MediaChek®), a specialized electronic clinical file (Nadis®, installed in more than 200 hospitals in France) and medical devices for viral extraction, amplification, sequencing and automation of medical biology laboratories.

**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Diagnostic Director, you performed the following missions:

- Detect and analyze the needs of your customers or prospects, respond to calls for tenders
- Ensure active telephone and on-site prospecting with hospitals, public or private laboratories, research institutes carrying out molecular biology.
- You must provide business intelligence on the health domains.
- You update the CRM database according to your actions.
- You specify regular reporting of your commercial activities and actions.
- You are responsible for the results of your geographical area of activity.
- Your objectives focus on the turnover generated as well as the number of accounts opened.
- You sell our products on a recurring basis. The challenge is therefore to build a relationship of trust and a partnership over time with each client so that they carry out recurring analyzes

**Qualifications**:

- You have graduated from an engineering or business school
- Based in Spain, you have 5 years of commercial, technical and multi-interlocutor experience (responsible laboratory, purchasing manager, technical interlocutors).
- Your familiarity with the world of research in the field of molecular biology in the broad sense is an asset
- Important: A scientific background (academic and professional) is a prerequisite for success in the job in order to be likely technically with our prospects/customers.
- You know how to adapt to a dynamic environment and you are autonomous and organized
- Breeder with a true customer-centric spirit of conquest, you must conquer markets, be pro-active to develop the portfolio and build loyalty.
