As a Sr. R&D Engineer, you will be responsible for managing a team of Jr. R&D engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and improve our immersion cooling technology.

**Responsabilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of Jr. R&D engineers in the design, development, and improvement of our immersion cooling technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, mechanical, and software engineering, to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs and improve our products.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify new technologies, materials, and processes that could be incorporated into our immersion cooling systems.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful completion of R&D projects.
- Plan and execute experiments, tests, and simulations to evaluate the performance and reliability of our immersion cooling technology.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the product development lifecycle.

To perform in this job, you’ll likely have:

- Bachelor's or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Physics, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in R&D engineering, preferably in the field of thermal management or a related industry.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience leading teams and managing projects from conception to completion.
- Proficiency in engineering design and analysis tools such as SolidWorks, ANSYS, or equivalent.
- Experience with experimental design, data analysis, and statistical methods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Fluency in English.
