**Job Description and Requirements**

**A&MS Layout Design Engineer**

As a layout engineer, you will work on various modules (IPS, Macro, Test Chip ) critical to the needs of NVM, with opportunities to switch projects as our fast-moving business evolve further. As an advantage, you will have a great opportunity to learn/explore new technologies and get the right experience with the help of professionals in the field.

**Key Qualifications**
- BS or higher degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related discipline,
- 2+ years of experience in A&MS Layout design
- Good ability to analyze and problem-solving skills,
- Good communication skills, ability to interact with cross-functional teams,
- Working on layout design, verification, and documentation of complex analog and mixed signal circuits.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

**Required practical experience on**:

- Experience with advanced FinFET nodes, TSMC 16 nanometer and below
- OTP or at least one other type of memory layout design.
- Layout techniques to meet ESD, latch up, antenna requirements. Experience of signal integrity issues in A&MS layout designs.
- Verification tools: ICV, Calibre
- Experience with Design tool(s): Custom Compiler, Cadence Virtuoso or equivalent
- Experience scripting language: TCL, etc. (optional)
