Como "Project MAnager" deberás realizar las siguientes funciones, para el desarrollo de los proyectos de construcción: - Seguimiento técnico de los proyectos. - Control de Costes y Planificación. - Visitas a Obra. - Informes y reportes a la dirección. - Coordinación, gestión de servicios y presupuestos. - Seguimiento de los proyectos. - Apoyo a la Planificación y control de los proyectos asignados - Reuniones de seguimiento. - Proponer medidas y soluciones a la problemática diaria de los proyectos. - Control y selección de las propuestas y modificaciones propuestas (Ingenierías, consultoras, constructoras, despachos, agencias,etc ). Importante Grupo Inversor y Promotor Inmobiliario|Gran oportunidad de desarrollo profesional en el sector Como "Project MAnager" deberás cumplir los siguientes requerimientos: - Formación Técnica (Ingeniería Industrial ,Ingeniería civil, Arquitectura, Ingeniería de la edificación). - Experiência de más de 2 años. - Experiência en gestión de proyectos constructivos. ( Edificación Singular, Industriales, etc...) - Inglés C1 Valorable - Nível Avanzado Paquete Office (Principalmente Excel) Se busca un perfil autónomo con muchas ganas de crecer y desarrollarse aprendiendo en una empresa dinámica y en pleno crecimiento. Es fundamental tener una actitud proactiva y resolutiva.
