**About the role**:
Here are the key aspects of your role:

- Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Work closely with business users to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear specifications for development teams. Problem-Solving and Process Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Analyze data to uncover insights and drive decision-making.
- Legal and Regulatory Understanding: Familiarize yourself with legal rules and regulations relevant to the business domain.
- Ensure compliance by incorporating legal requirements into system designs.

**What do you have to offer?**

University degree or equivalent knowledge

Curious mindset and eagerness to learn Several years of experience in business analysis Proficiency in written and spoken English

More than 4 years experience as business analyst
