Are you ready to unleash your potential? **In a typical day as a **Account Manager**, you would**: - Manage virtually (by phone, electronically or social media) a set of assigned or acquired accounts. - Work closely with company outside sales, channel partners and/or end customers to move sales opportunities to closure. - Sell complex solutions, products and services for a set of assigned accounts. Provide input in developing sales strategy and quota forecasts for assigned accounts. May partner with field sales or sell independently. - Create account plan and provide recommendation for an assigned complex account. - Proactively generate, qualifies and review new leads to drive higher sales opportunities and closure; may work with partners/ field sales to ensure a smooth sales transaction. - Understand client’s requirements and leverage good knowledge of company's portfolio of products and services to competitively position company to meet the needs to drive new acquisitions and/or promote retention. - Lead targeted sales pipeline building, forecasts and plans data driven sales activity. - May require hunter approach or strategic "farmer or relationship selling approach. **If you are...** - Good at partnering, innovating, and making things happen. You are aligned to our core values. - Holding a Bachelor's Degree - Experienced for 3 - 5 years in the account management, sales, and sales process. - Knowledgeable of the IT industry and in vertical industry - Holding highly developed negotiation skills and risk management skills - Able to lead and work within a team - English and **French** **language proficiency is required. The role will be based in Barcelona, Spain.
