Colegio Internacional Torrequebrada is a 3 - 18 school on the Malaga coast about twenty minutes from the centre of Malaga. We are authorised as a British School from 3 to 12 years old and as a Spanish Secondary School. Despite being a young school, we have created an excellent reputation for innovative learning. We have an international ethos via the 'International Baccalaureate' and our students go on to study in Spain and universities around the world.
We have a very active professional development programme which supports and underpins our school's development initiatives. Our student population of over 730 is approximately 75% Spanish, with the remaining 25% from over thirty different countries.
Successful applicants MUST:
- Have a relevant Physical Education degree recognised by the Spanish Ministry of Education:
Bachelor in Physical Education and Sports Sciences / Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Actividad Física del Deporte
- Have a relevant Secondary Teaching Qualification:
PGCE / CAP / Máster Universitario en Formación del Profesorado de Educación Secundaria, Bachillerato, Formación Profesional y Enseñanza de Idiomas: Especialidad Educación Física
- Be a fluent English speaker
- Have EU citizenship
