What are they looking for?
**Requisitos**:
**Your tasks in detail**:
Support, integration and maintenance of IoT systems, including interface support
System testing and monitoring processes
Coordination with other service areas, and support for implementations of IoT at customer sites
Fault diagnosis and monitoring of network components and IoT devices
Performing quality control, writing reports, and making recommendations for improvement

**Must have**:
Experience with IT systems
Linux / Unix - Windows server (basic knowledge)
Network technology fundamental knowledge
Routing and switching skills, 2nd level support
Experience and understanding of network security
Education in IT, study of IT or at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of networking
Fluent in written and spoken English
Willing to travel 20% internationally and nationally by car and plane

**Nice to have**:
Experience with GA and/or GLT systems
Design, implementation and conceptualization of networks
Cisco Knowledge
Spanish/German
