**Your role**:Reporting to the Associate Director Sourcing within the Sourcing Highly Regulated Raw Materials EMEA - Life Science team you will drive the definition and implementation of the sourcing strategy of sub-categories such as APIs, Excipients, Vitamins and BioPharm Raw Materials (portfolio analysis, new markets/products/suppliers exploration and selection, supplier qualification and management, negotiation, contracting, new products development, etc).You will collaborate with the procurement network globally and closely align with internal business partners such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing/Product Management and R&D to ensure local strategies are in line with the global strategy. Located in Europe, occasional travels within Europe may be required. We need a proactive, flexible, passionate team player capable of working in a global environment, willing to learn and contribute to the success of the team.
**Who you are**:
- Bachelor's degree /MBA preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in the Life Science or Pharma industry preferably in procurement function
- Outstanding skills in stakeholder management and strong team player
- Excellent sourcing, strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills (both in spanish and English)
- Able to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and time-sensitive environment
