**Production Artist Intern (Urology & Pelvic Health Division) - based in Madrid or Milan Job**:

- Remote Eligible: Hybrid- Onsite Location(s): Madrid, M, ES Milan, Milan, ES**About the role**:
To continuously support EMEA strategy, the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) team is responsible for the design and implementation of integrated marketing communication campaigns and programs, blending expertise in content marketing, creative design, and copywriting.
Reporting to the Group Manager Integrated Marketing Communications, the team member will be doing graphic design and artwork production of content as we rebrand, update or create marketing content under the Boston Scientific Brand for the recent acquisition of Lumenis Surgical within the Urology and Pelvic Health division. This role works closely with the Integrated Marketing Communications Specialist dedicated to the Lumenis Surgical Brand integration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Rebrand sales and marketing content from Lumenis to Boston Scientific Brand Standards
- Edit globally rebranded content assets when EMEA regional localization, resizing/reformatting is required
- Design new sales and marketing collaterals and creatives within Boston Scientific Brand Standards across a broad range of channels for multichannel marketing campaigns
- Edit/produce video assets, color editing and photo editing
- Artwork production to optimize content formats for digital sales enablement
- Preflight for print production & managing print with vendors (limited in nature, the content is mostly digital)
- Collaborate with the Integrated Marketing Communications team and other stakeholders on content creation, planning, and execution in alignment with content strategies
- Update project tracking in Asana on an ongoing basis
- Manage source files traffic from agencies/global partners and hosting in the Digital Asset Management system
- Liaise with the EMEA & Global Boston Scientific designers’ network on a regular basis

**What are we looking for in you?**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree obtained in Graphic Design, Graphic Communication or similar studies
- Available to sign an Internship agreement (6 + 6 months)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Accuracy and attention for detail
- Creativity and layout skills
- Time-management, prioritization and follow-through
- Ability to work with Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook)
