**(Senior) Talent Acquisition Partner - Hybrid**:
- Full-time, temporary position for 5 months, hybrid, based in Barcelona_
This role is in first instance to cover a maternity leave for 5 months. There might be an opportunity to stay longer if the opportunity arises. You will work in a Global team based in US, Costa Rica, India, Poland, Spain and the UK. Our two colleagues who are also based in Barcelona work in the office once a week. You can choose if you want to work 1 day a week in the office or more.

- Develop relationships with hiring managers to build awareness of their departments and work together on finding the best match for the role

- International mindset, you like learning about recruiting in different countries and you adapt your hiring strategy per country you hire in
