Senior Event Operations Manager

**Puesto**:
We are looking for an Event Manager to handle the delivery broadcast services to high profile customers in the sports industry. Based on site, the Event Manager will work to deliver the Deltatre value proposition, including data management and broadcast graphics operations.

Responsible for coordinating a team of part time operators, the role will also include being heavily involved in day-to-day operations and customer management.

This role will have shared on-site responsibility, in partnership with Technology and IT & Broadcast teams, will involve the testing and operation of Deltatre hardware and software.

To be successful in the role it is require to speak fluently Spanish and English.

**Responsibilities**
- All aspects of event management and delivery, sometimes for multiple projects
- Work throughout the lifecycle of the project, from Discovery, through the Build and through to successful launch with the guidance of the Project Manager.
- Work closely with the PM, Technology Team Manager, and backlog owner to maintain a project backlog, according to client needs
- Support the PM in requirement gathering and manage relationship from a project perspective
- Provide live support during key operations involving data and TV graphics deliveries
- Supervise on-site operations during live events involving data and TV graphics deliveries
- Scheduling for all staff and on-call staff working on projects in collaboration with the Project Manager and the Operations Lead
- Liaise with IT & Broadcast Team for hardware allocation on projects
- Writing and maintaining project Operations documentation. Evaluating and updating processes as required
- Ensuring all operations have effective and regularly updated checklists, ensuring mínimal risk during delivery
- Ensuring that all on-site operations related to projects are delivered successfully and properly reported to the client and to the Project Manager/Service Portfolio Manager
- Respect budget and capacity for the project, in coordination with the Project Manager/Service Portfolio Manager
- Liaising with third party suppliers in the delivery of the project
- Managing debrief and reporting processes on project, ensuring that all live operations issues are reported in a timely manner
- Regularly sync and debrief with the Operators in order to share knowledge, information and feedbacks
- Capturing and communicating commercial and development opportunities to the relevant internal teams within Deltatre
- Assisting with recruitment and training process for new staff where applicable
- Organising project related travel and logistics where requiredSupport the PM in collecting Operational requirements to improve tools and processes

**Requisitos**:

- The successful applicant will have a love of sport coupled with an understanding of the live broadcast environment and production requirementsand live operations management
- Strong knowledge of Football
- Extensive client facing experience in an event role
- Experience in the TV broadcast sector
- Experience of managing both project technologies and personnel
- Knowledge and understanding of VizRT graphics platform
- Knowledge and understanding of software development process, including QA desirable
- Available to work on shifts mode and frequently during weekends, public holidays and evenings
- Available to travel based on the project need
