**IT Onsite Technician**:
Provide Level 2 Deskside support at one of our clients location.

**Your tasks**:
As a Hemmersbach Technician you make the end users at renowned companies happy every day thanks to your friendly and competent demeanour. Direct customer contact with various requirements within the scope of 2nd quite neatly describe the position you would like to have:

- Analyze errors, maintain hardware, set up / remove work stations, install and configure new software (IMACD) and manage user accounts via Active Directory
- Offer local support to resident technicians and remote to the rest of the headquarters of the Corporate Group, according to demand
- Support “hands and eyes” / “Smart hands”
- Inventory control updated monthly
- Support meeting rooms

**Your skills**:

- 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
- Ability to build relationships
- Excellent time management skill
- Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
- Good organization skills and ability to work unsupervised and taking initiative
- Solid knowledge of English (B2 minimum)
