We are dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences and results for our clients, and we are looking for an experienced and driven **Digital Acquisition Manager** to lead and execute all digital marketing strategies to generate quality leads and drive growth across our brands.
**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Develop and Execute Strategy**:
- Formulate and manage comprehensive digital acquisition strategies for corporate golf memberships, advertising, event bookings, and financial advisory services.
- **Data Utilisation and Management**:
- Segment and manage our existing database to personalise and optimise marketing campaigns.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with GDPR standards.
- Implement automation workflows and nurture sequences to drive engagement and conversions.
- **Campaign Management**:
- Plan, launch, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and display networks.
- **Lead Generation**:
- Drive high-quality leads for all business units, ensuring campaigns are targeted and results-driven.
- **SEO and SEM Management**:
- Enhance organic and paid search visibility through keyword optimisation, content strategies, and PPC campaigns.
- **Performance Analysis**:
- Track and analyse campaign performance, delivering regular reports with actionable insights on conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and ROI.
- **A/B Testing and Optimisation**:
- **Content Collaboration**:
- Work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to produce compelling copy and creative assets that drive engagement and conversions.
- **Budget Management**:
- Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spending and maximum ROI.
- **Customer Journey Mapping**:
- Analyse user journeys and optimise conversion funnels to improve lead quality and volume.
- **Market and Competitor Research**:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**:
- 4+ years of experience in a digital marketing or lead acquisition role.
- **Skills**:
- Proficiency with **Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid platforms**.
- Experience with **data segmentation, personalisation, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce)**.
- Expertise in **SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)**.
- Ability to interpret data, produce insightful reports, and drive strategy based on performance metrics.
- **Qualifications**:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are advantageous.
- **Personal Attributes**:
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
