**Overview**

Kube Group is a dynamic and fast-growing group of companies specializing in IT and engineering recruitment and consulting services worldwide. We have a talented marketing team that is responsible for creating engaging content and driving digital marketing strategies across different platforms.

**The Opportunity**

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a full-time Digital Design & Marketing specialist to join our team in Barcelona. You will play a key role in shaping our brand through creative design and digital marketing strategies.

**Key responsibilities**

**1. Video Editing, Digital Design & Content Creation**:

- Develop engaging and shareable content for digital platforms.
- Use industry-standard video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects) to edit and enhance video content.
- Creating a variety of visual content, including GIFs, photos, flyers, and posters, to support our marketing campaigns and internal communication.

**2. WordPress Proficiency**:

- Manage and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing online presence.
- Collaborate to implement website enhancements and updates.

**3. Communication & Strategy**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness

**Requirements**:
**Requirements ✔**
- Bachelor's or Master degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
- Proficiency in Wordpress for web design and content management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies
- Excellent creativity and design skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
