Job summary
Amazon is looking for a proactive, results-oriented Senior Product Manager to join the International F3 (AmazonFresh) team, to be based out of London, Munich, Paris, Madrid, Milan, or Luxembourg.
As a part of the F3 Product, Strategy, and Tools team, you will be responsible for helping to define and build the product roadmap, tools and processes that allow Amazon's regional grocery businesses to scale and deliver an awesome experience for customers internationally.
In this role, you will be supporting teams across Europe and Japan, and will work cross-functionally across business and technology teams to identify and lead customer experience, product, process, and productivity improvements. You will have regular Director-level visibility and will be responsible for delivering solutions that are scalable, secure, and flexible while maintaining a strong customer focus.
- A proven track record of being an innovative leader, with the ability to identify opportunities and influence organizations to gain support and overcome resistance with data and persuasion.
- Have the ability to utilize exceptional problem-solving skills to work through difficult challenges. Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Proven record of operational excellence and defect reduction.
- High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in SQL
- Prior experience in Amazon 3P or Retail Functions (especially Product Management, Account Management, Vendor Management, Instock Management or Marketing Management).
