Make your creative and strategic mindset shine by embarking on a new professional adventure with 3INA As a Junior Product Manager, you will play a key role on defining our Portfolio Strategy and the contribute to the successful launch of innovative formulas and products. Responsibilities Help to define and lead the Global Marketing Calendar to activate the portfolio strategy and develop new formulas and products. Design and execute the product vision and strategy for tactical subcategories, overseeing the entire process from ideation to launch. Develop execution guidelines to support local markets and key accounts within the portfolio strategy activation. Conduct thorough market analysis and research to continually bring fresh ideas, identify beauty opportunities to develop, and enhance existing products. Analyze pricing and costs, contributing valuable insights to optimize product profitability. Define the product value-proposition for new launches and optimizations, ensuring the correct activation in online and offline channels. Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role. Analytical and strategic mindset with a strong interest in the beauty and cosmetic industry. Fluent in English and Spanish (both verbal and written) is essential. Experience with Microsoft suite is required. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proactive, curious, and creative mindset. Exceptional attention to detail, adaptability, and a high degree of collaboration. Team player with excellent communication skills.
