We are looking for a **Customer Service Medical Panel German Native/bilingual speaker **with experience in customer loyalty to join our Multicultural team with more than 54 different nationalities. If you want to play a key role in a multicultural, dynamic and committed fun team this is a great opportunity. This is a temp position available to work remotely anywhere in Spain. **Essential Functions** - Under close guidance and supervision, administers routine data collection. - Initiates calls to doctors using a prepared engagement strategy. - Promotes doctors’ consents to participate in direct marketing activities as recommended. - Initiates follow-up calls with doctors to achieve maximum rate of return, following prescribed script.
