Lead the Customer Experience Team to deliver a seamless customer experience
Support, guide and coach the Team Leaders in their daily operations to ensure top quality and performance at team and individual level
Define HR development plans in order to reach the Customer Experience commitments
Propose Improvements within the Customer Experience teams to remain ahead of benchmarked competitors
Define, implement and follow up on Customer Experience KPI's in order to monitor and improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Support Global Customer Experience VP/Director in developing Customer Experience Strategy as well as securing strategy execution

Fluent in English & spanish
Portuguese or Italian are a plus
Based in Madrid
Previous experience managin Tradicional Customer Service departments
Open to travel once per month
