We are looking for a Project Manager.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- In charge of delivering complex and strategic internal projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and with right level of quality, using project management methodologies and company standard processes.
- Takes responsibility for the definition, documentation, and successful completion of small /medium. with significant complexity.
- Directing and counselling project team members and advising customers / stakeholders as necessary on all phases.
- Maintains effective financial and project progress forecasting, and reports as appropriate
- Monitors and controls allocated human and material resources, associated revenue costs and all capital costs against the project budget.
- Manages a virtual team from various geographies and engages teams / contacts as required.
- Control of assigned projects against the key parameters of schedule, risk, finance, scope at all times during the project lifecycle.
- Maintaining appropriate level of communication with all the relevant stakeholder to keep the right level information available throughout the project.
- Host project review meetings with stakeholders and highlight roadblocks/ changes in the plan along with impact.

Experience and Skills:

- 8+ years of experience as a (Lead) Project Manager with demonstrated track records of successful implementation ideally in the telecoms area.
- Sound business and financial understanding. Must have a good understanding of Colts business, its customers and market drivers.
- Experience in working with IT teams and third-party vendors.
- Qualifications:

- Certification in Programme / Project Management from a certified body (e.g. APM, PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, etc.).
