The Sportradar sportsbook is central platform in which all Sportradar products come together as a seamless one-stop shop for operators. We are looking for a Head of Sportsbook with an excellent knowledge of sports betting products from both an end user and operator perspective, including:

- Strong market knowledge and experience in the Sport betting industry
- Third party content feeds
- Front end display and functionality
- Bet acceptance and settlement processes.
- Regional product differentiations.

**THE CHALLENGE**:

- Lead a group of industry expert Product Managers and Product Owners and drive/motivate the product team by continuous career progress.
- Own end to end product strategy in line with Metric’s product vision and become the first point of contact to the C-level team.
- Being the ambassador for the product and the primary contact for queries relating to the product.
- Build and maintain a high performance, data-driven, diverse & collaborative product culture.
- Continuously improve execution velocity by creating effective collaboration models, processes, and operations
- Continually researching the market, our competitors, customer usage behavior and technology trends to ensure that we maintain market leading products.
- Develop solid relationships with third-party technology suppliers including gaming platforms and content providers.
- Ensuring that projects stay on track to achieve delivery commitments, including problem solving and trade off analysis when necessary.
- Working with the development team and monitoring the progress of projects during the development cycle to ensure that they have the correct functionality according to the scope.
- Taking part in demonstrations of software releases and collecting feedback on improvements for future development.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Having, at least, three years of experience working in the gambling industry.
- Strong understanding of sportsbook operator or B2B setting, as well as customer experience of using sports betting products.
- Experience with the regional differences of sports betting products and regional compliance knowledge.
- Proven record of building strong product teams and performance management
- Self-motivated with high energy
- Ability to translate complex, technical ideas into simple forms.
- Sets standards and works closely with others to ensure they are met
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail in product design.
- Good understanding of the development process and product development lifecycle and have experience of Agile methodologies.
- Good organizational and time management skills and the ability to work across different teams to deliver a common goal
- Experience of defining a minimum marketable product and a minimum viable product.
- Experience in defining road maps and prioritizing project backlogs.
- Good presentation and leadership skills
