**Descripción**:
Importante compañía, líder en el sector industrial, busca incorporar un/a Head of Operational Technologies:
¿Qué harás?
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de la hoja de ruta OT a corto, medio y largo plazo, alineada con la estrategia digital, los objetivos de eficiencia energética y la resiliencia operativa.
- Gobernar el ciclo de vida de las soluciones industriales (SCADA, DCS, EMS, MES, WM, historiadores, etc.) con foco en rendimiento, trazabilidad y ciberseguridad.
- Gestionar integralmente los activos OT (CMDB, CI, etc.).
- Impulsar modelos de gestión de software industrial (ciclo de vida intermedio): versionado, pruebas, validación, rollback, documentación y gobierno.
- Liderar equipos multidisciplinares y colaborar activamente con áreas internas (IT, Ingeniería, Producción, Mantenimiento) y socios tecnológicos clave.
- Diseñar y mantener infraestructuras OT seguras, escalables y conectadas.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento normativo en ciberseguridad industrial, incluyendo NIS2, ISA/IEC 62443, ISO 27001 y NIST.
- Participar en proyectos de digitalización, datos, mantenimiento predictivo, inteligencia artificial aplicada a operaciones de planta y analítica avanzada.
- Estandarizar procesos OT en las plantas, promoviendo sinergias globales y reduciendo la complejidad tecnológica.

¿Qué buscamos?
- Experiência mínima de 10 años en entornos industriales del sector, en funciones de liderazgo OT o automatización industrial.
- Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería Industrial, Automatización, Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones, IT o similar.
- Experiência demostrable en gobernanza de soluciones OT, gestión del ciclo de vida del software y coordinación con departamentos de IT, Ingeniería y Producción.
- Sólido conocimiento de plataformas OT (SCADA, DCS, EMS, MES, PLCs, historiadores, etc.) y protocolos industriales (OPC-UA, Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, etc.).
- Conocimientos técnicos de infraestructuras OT: servidores industriales, redes segmentadas, redundancia, ciberseguridad y virtualización.
- Inglés fluido (mínimo C1), tanto hablado como escrito.
