We are currently recruiting a
Operational Excellence (Sevilla or Madrid)
to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working toward common goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility and clear accountability.

Key Responsibilities
As Operational Excellence, you will lead the
strategy and implementation of optimization projects
and lean management methodologies
across our assets, aiming at optimizing maintenance management and schedules, minimizing unplanned downtime, and driving cost reduction. You will work closely with business units' leaders and plant managers around the world to
design improvement initiatives, align stakeholders and support the implementation
to create lasting value for the company.

The Responsibilities Of Operational Excellence Are

  • Lead the strategy and implementation of optimization projects and Lean management across our assets, with accountability for delivery.
  • Undertake financial analysis to support preparation of business plans for improvement initiatives.
  • Engage with the business beyond the project to make the best decisions and act as an advisor to business managers.
  • Identify new opportunities for improvement by performing diagnostics in specific areas of any type.

We are looking for a candidate with
relevant consulting experience
(2-6 years) or equivalent industry experience, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent
client hands and communication
abilities to lead the company's most complex projects, manage issues that arise during implementation, and act as an advisor to business leaders at all times.

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, exceptional academics required.
  • Master's degree is desirable.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills - most of our work is in an international environment
  • An MBA will be considered a plus.

Experience and Technical Skills

  • 2-6 years of relevant experience in consulting focused on operations-related topics (manufacturing and/or energy sectors).
  • Business and operational process mapping and redesign experience.
  • Proven track record of playing a leadership role in a work environment.

  • Consulting mindset to work with multiple stakeholders to solve business problems and drive improvements (technical, business or financial).
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to successfully interact with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
