About the Role

Crypto at Revolut is scaling fast and global expansion is at the heart of that strategy. Our goal is to build the #1 crypto platform in every market we enter. We have a rapidly growing footprint of 50M+ customers hungry for access to new crypto products and we’re investing heavily in licensing, regulatory readiness, and operational enablement to offer new crypto products across new markets.

As Global Head of Crypto Expansion, you’ll lead Revolut’s international crypto market entry strategy — from licensing and onboarding to launch and scale. You’ll be Revolut Crypto’s voice for global expansion and will work cross-functionally to break through regulatory complexity, unlock high-value jurisdictions, and build the operating playbooks that power growth.

What you'll be doing
- Developing and executing Revolut’s crypto expansion roadmap across new and existing markets
- Leading licensing projects to enable crypto product offerings globally
- Building operational frameworks to support product deployment, customer onboarding, treasury flows, and risk controls in new jurisdictions
- Leading internal governance, regulatory reporting readiness, and cross-functional launch plans
- Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to ensure expansion strategies are aligned with technical capabilities and customer experience goals
- Monitoring emerging regulatory trends and recommending strategic positioning adjustments
- Managing a team of expansion specialists and partnering with local market teams and external advisors.

What you'll need
- 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, regulatory expansion, or similar roles in fintech, crypto, payments, or financial services
- Proven success in launching regulated products across complex jurisdictions
- Excellent track record managing regulatory approvals, licensing processes, or market launch programs in complex jurisdictions
- Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks affecting cryptoassets, payments, financial services, or digital banking
- Exceptional leadership and project ownership mindset
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Product, and Operations teams
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate independently and proactively in fast-changing environments
- Passion for financial innovation and strong interest in digital assets and Web3
- High execution bar and appetite for fast, international scale

Nice to have
- Prior experience engaging directly with regulators or supervisory bodies
- Knowledge of MiCA, VASP licensing frameworks, e-money or payments regulation
- Experience launching or scaling products in Asia-Pacific or the Americas
