We are currently looking for a **Renewables Market Performance Analyst** for our headquarters in **Madrid.** **Mission** In this role, you will be a member of the Commercial Performance Area within the Portfolio Management team in the R-GBU (Renewable Group Business Unit). The Commercial Performance team holds the responsibility of developing the market strategy, monitoring market performance, and managing risks of Engie’s renewable portfolio. As a Commercial Performance Analyst, your main tasks will involve developing budgets and business plans. Additionally, you will analyze real economic results and compare them with the theoretical exercises that have been developed. This analysis will help identify sensitivities and evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with GEMs (Global Energy Management) and ensure the proper implementation of R-GBU Mandates, while also overseeing their execution. **Functions** - Analyze processes to address the business needs of the R-GBU. These processes cover the full asset risk management after COD. - Compute and analyze performance KPIs and other relevant metrics. Collaborate with Business Process digitalization to create dashboards and to automate processes. - Collaborate in monitoring the commercial strategy defined by RGBU in coordination with GEMs department. Report requested KPIs to R-GBU within the market risk management strategy. - Provide support in the elaboration of global assumptions for official exercises (MTP, FC and BE) in collaboration with local teams (finance and RGBU). Valuation of sensitivities to regulatory, price or resource risk considered in global assumptions. - Conduct market prices forecast using medium and long term models. Analyze results to identify trends and price sensitivities to key factors.
