**The Role**
- Do you enjoy solving problems and finding smarter ways to optimise renewable energy system performance? Join us at Sonnedix as a Performance Analyst

We're looking for a curious and hands-on team member who’s passionate about solar PV and battery storage technology. If you have a solid technical background and want to help improve clean energy systems around the world, this role is for you.

As a Performance Analyst, you will support the development and implementation of digital twin models that simulate the performance of our solar and hybrid energy systems. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will evaluate technical parameters, analyse performance deviations, investigate root causes, and propose corrective actions to optimize asset performance. Your expertise will contribute to the development of a set of tools and dashboards that provide in-depth insight into system performance and improve operational efficiency across the business.

**Desirable skills**:

- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
- Experience with PV modelling software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technical findings.
- Knowledge of Python programming.
