Reporting to Janssen HR Leader Iberia, the HR Lead Janssen is responsible for the creation and deployment of the portfolio of HR work within Janssen Spain. The HR Lead Janssen Spain will actively support their business partners and drive important people/talent actions for their respective business. **Tasks & Responsibilities**: - Support & implement the HR agenda for the business in Spain, aligned with HR, business, and shared services strategies - Ensure implementation of integrated HR priorities into business plans - Evaluate appropriate business, financial, or other drivers across groups to inform HR solutions (e.g., assess effectiveness, identify gaps) - Implement strategic HR work for Janssen Spain in support of business goals, enterprise goals, and Janssen HR strategies - Develop trusted partnership/coaching relationship with leaders/teams that enhances their impact - Driving talent agenda and building organizational capability - Support leaders in using analytics, business acumen, and effective analysis to identify talent needs - Support leaders in implementing talent strategies in partnership with local leadership to grow and advance effective, diverse talent pools and drive meaningful talent planning; build on global and region-sector strategies to implement within Spain - Support Spanish business to drive talent agenda and achieve business results - Partner with global-sector, region-sector, and country/cluster HR leaders to shape culture, employee engagement, talent agendas, and change initiatives as appropriate - Partner x-group, including across all parts of the HR model, to ensure integrated solutions and seamless experiences for both HR and the business - Proactively identify opportunities to partner x-group and or x-sector to ensure integration of efforts **Qualifications** - This position will be located in Madrid - Years of experience: 8 years professional experience required - A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a degree in industrial/organizational psychology, human resource management, business, or a related field - Previous experience working international matrix organizations - Languages: Spanish & English - Experience with using creativity and innovation to develop solutions to complex problems and ensuring solutions are consistent with organization objectives **This is what awaits YOU at J&J**: - An opportunity to be part of a global market leader - A dynamic and inspiring working environment - Many opportunities to work on challenging projects and assignments - Possibilities for further personal as well as professional development - Many employees benefits For more than 130 years, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) have been part of our cultural fabric at Johnson & Johnson and woven into how we do business every day.
