**ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM**: **RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Own and continuously evaluate and optimize pricing process for the organization and work with sales, management, enterprise technology, operations teams to implement projects - Refine vendor and marketplace health indicators and metrics to inform strategic recommendations, partnering closely with our data science team - Partner with cross-functional leadership teams, using data-driven insights to inform pricing changes, design experiments and implementation - Advocate effectively for your recommendations by building sound and data-driven businesses cases as well as tailoring your communication to audiences across multiple teams and skill-sets - Support policies on discounting and pricing as well as build tools and analytics to advance pricing reporting - Work closely with International Business Operations team members on identification of trends and incorporating pricing strategies into day-to-day operational processes - Leverage insights gleaned from analyses to inform Change & implementation, Performance & Organization, and Corporate Strategy & Development by collaborating with the Strategy & Business Operations team. **SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE**: - 3-5 years relevant professional experience in a finance, consulting, or similar background (ideally working with tech, subscription, eCommerce, marketplace, or media businesses) with direct pricing experience - Experience in building pricing models from the bottom up quickly and with little previous framework and imperfect data sets - Comfortable presenting to and gaining support from stakeholders - Highly resourceful individual; self-motivated and able to overcome obstacles with resilience and creativity - Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environment with a bias to action and will to win - SQL and/or similar coding experience a plus - Fluent in English, professional proficiency - Professional proficiency in Spanish a plus **BENEFITS & PERKS**: - Private Health Insurance "DKV" paid by the Company. - Subsidies and grants in training and English courses - Hybrid working - Flexible working hours - Tax relief options for Ticket Restaurant, Ticket Transportation, and Daycare. - 40€ per month in tickets restaurant - Udemy courses - TYPS: easy APP to ask for salary advance payments in 48h - ANDJOY: great APP for gym lovers (we have up to 50% discount) - Free paid hours: use your paid holidays as hours - Referral bonus: up to 500€ bonus if you recommend someone to work with us - Getting married or having a baby?
