Ukio’s mission is to empower individuals to live where they want, when they want.

We do this by disrupting the traditional residential real estate market, providing fully furnished and artfully designed apartments for stays starting at one month. We remove all the hassle around finding a rental with no long-term contracts, moving/buying furniture, security deposits, broker fees, etc. giving choice and flexibility to allow people to live where and when they want.

We are a Barcelona based startup with offices in Madrid, Lisbon, Berlin and Paris and soon we will conquer some more cities across Europe

Backed by Europe's best Venture Capital firms, the next year will be a critical phase in our growth as we look to further build out our team and expand into multiple new markets. We have successfully raised a Series A investment round that will help propel our growth throughout Western Europe.

**Responsibilities |**:

- Analyze strategies for real estate properties or hospitality services, including short-term rentals, hotels, and long-term leases.
- Analyze historical data, market trends, and competitor pricing to recommend optimal rates.
- Collaborate with the Revenue Team to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
- Build and maintain pricing models using advanced Excel techniques, business intelligence tools, and forecasting software.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to track key metrics such as occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available unit (RevPAR).
- Conduct scenario analyses to evaluate the impact of pricing changes on revenue and profitability.

**About you |**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or financial analysis within the real estate or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
