Business Transformation Adv

15+ years of IT Transformation experience in Customer-facing roles or CTO/technology-related leadership/executive position
- 3+ years driving change or transformation programs using the cloud
- Experience working or leading large scale enterprise transformation projects, preferably at top-tier Iberian Enterprise companies or similar size and complexity.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise IT, including strategy, enterprise architecture, governance, operations, Cloud Center of Excellence (CCOE), Software Development Life Cycle and DevOps.
- Expert level ability in managing executive relationships (e.g. Chief Digital Officer, Chief Transformation Office, Line of Business) within a customer organization.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to manage numerous, competing demands from internal and external stakeholders and Customers.
- Strong written communication skills; Business proficiency written and verbal English and Spanish language

At Amazon Web Services (AWS), we're hiring a Business Transformation Adviser to work with top-tier Iberian Enterprise customers and their partners in transforming their organization and IT landscape. You will engage with customers to understand their business drivers, transform their operating models to fully take advantage of the AWS platform and by that unleashing the pace of innovation.

As Business Transformation Adviser, you will partner with the sales organization ( Account Managers, Solution Architects, Sales Specialists), Professional services, Partner organization among others, owning the ‘people and process’ transformation engagements in an account, and the corresponding executive relationships (e.g. Chief Digital Officer, Chief Transformation Office, Line of Business).

Key job responsibilities

**We are looking for someone who is passionate about**:

- Educating C-level executives, Boards members, Business and technical decision makers on organizational transformation challenges and best practices
- Being a thought leadership by publishing content and delivering public facing sessions on Enterprise Transformation at AWS and Enterprise events
- Identifying motivators for cloud adoption and unblocking enterprise challenges and build action plans
- Defining and executing on Enterprise cloud strategies along with customer stakeholders.
- Assisting to define enterprise operating models for AWS and drive buy-in across complex organization structures
- Introducing mechanisms for wide scale adoption such as Cloud and DevOps enablement functions, Centers of Excellence, Enterprise reskilling models
- Gathering feedback from Enterprise customers and influencing future iterations of the AWS platform.
- Executing on the strategy by orchestrating scaling teams (Account managers, Solutions Architects, Technical Account Managers, AWS professional services consultants and consulting/managed services partners).
- Masters/MBA degree preferred or similar industry experience.
- Direct experience leading transformation with AWS
- Knowledgeable on AWS partner ecosystem.
