Your functions will be:
- Resolving complex tickets for external customers.
- Controlling the impact of importing and exporting reports and data: user control, permission control, etc.
- Processes review.
- Error control.
- Quality control.
- Documenting.
What we need from you:
- 1-2 years of previous experience in customer service, with a vocationally customer-centric mindset and the ability to champion high levels of client satisfaction.
- 1-2 years of professional experience with SQL server or similar.
- Ability to breakdown complex problems and explain them in a clear and simple way.
- Articulate and concise in both written and oral communication.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous professional experience with Crystal Reports, will be considered.
- Previous experience working with Zendesk or similar, will be highly beneficial.
- Fluent in Spanish, English and Italian.
- Eligible to work in Spain
