Can you help us connecting people to 100% green energy?

**What will you do?**
- Manage and lead team of 6 people who work as operators in rotating shifts 24/7
- Lead all the spot market operation and ancillary services of electricity
- Define, create and document all processes associated with the control center and market operations and ensure the proper functioning
- Coordinate with the generation team to ensure the robustness and quality of the data
- Communicate with all external providers (software, forecast, SCADA)
- Lead the plant qualification processes such as production control tests or SRAP qualification with REE.
- Supervise the status of the control center portfolio and lead all processes of new plants

We also expect from you to contribute to the development of presentations, materials, and other strategy-related documents to be shared both internally and externally.

**In 1 month**:

- Understand the organizational structure and be able to discern where to look for information.
- Have an overview of all processes that are under the control center

**In 3 months**:

- You will have all the processes under control
- You will be implementing improvements to current processes

**In 6 months**:

- You will lead all the operations under the control center and market spot market operation

**Requirements**:
**What do we need?**
- Knowledge of spanish electricity system
- Knowledge of the market operation (OMIE and REE)
- Experience working in a control center
- Being a rigorous and methodical person with attention to detail
- Good communication skills

It all adds up, so if you have any of these things ADD IT UP:

- Knowledge or experience in ancillary services as RR, regulación secundaria y regulación terciaria
- Programming knowledge
