**YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE**:

As a Customer Success Manager for our Employee Benefit solution, you will own a portfolio of Enterprise and Mid-market clients, and you will be responsible for developing this portfolio through client retention and client expansion. You will build a strong relationship with your top customers and engage with clients across the entire national territory.

Additionally, you will create operational rhythm, establish and track KPIs, analyse business growth, market trends and other key metrics to drive new business opportunities within existing clients and ensure resolution of business challenges.

You will also work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Support, Legal, Sales Managers and other cross-functional stakeholders to further develop our customers.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**:

- Relevant professional experience as Customer Success Manager or Account Manager, ideally in a fast paced environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
- Develop and implement customer success plans, collaborating with customers to define goals and strategies for achieving success
- Deep understanding of customer success principles and best practices, with a track record of driving customer adoption, engagement, and retention
- Strong analytical skills to identify high-impact opportunities and objectively evaluate projects
- A background in HR with knowledge and experience in Compensation & Benefits is desirable
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills in German and English; any other European language is a plus
