As our **Real Estate Acquisitions Manager**, you'll take the lead in identifying, underwriting, and securing properties in strategic locations across Madrid. You'll own the process end-to-end — from deal sourcing to closing — with a sharp focus on distressed or underutilized sites in dense urban areas with high delivery demand.
You'll work cross-functionally with development, legal, finance, and strategy teams to transform sites into thriving CloudKitchens facilities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead end-to-end deal execution for new kitchen locations: sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and closing deals
- Identify high-potential urban sites using a strong network of brokers, landlords, and local stakeholders
- Build and maintain a steady pipeline of off-market and under-the-radar opportunities
- Analyze the financial viability of deals and provide data-driven recommendations
- Partner with legal and technical teams to manage due diligence and flag risks early Monitor asset performance and refine acquisition strategy based on results and insights
**Qualifications**:
- 7-10 years of total experience, with 3-5+ years in real estate acquisition, investment, or transactions
- Background in real estate, finance, private equity, investment banking, or development
- Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and execute real estate deals in dynamic urban markets
- Hustle, drive, and a founder's mindset — you're resourceful, strategic, and relentless in the pursuit of great opportunities
- Strong negotiation skills and financial modeling expertise
- Fluency in Spanish and English
