**Banco Santander S.A is looking for a **Quantitative Associate **, based in our Headquarters office.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a Quantitative Associate, you will develop and support the tools and models to price and risk manage derivatives within global markets activities.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Understanding of customers’ needs and cosistenly striving to provide the highest standars of Service deliver on promises
- Provide continuous Support to the rates trading and sales desks in their use of front office quant tools and models
- Also support the rest of stakeholders involved in rates business (risk, IT, internal audit )
- Ensure awareness of an adherence to the internal policies of the bank and legislative/regulatory guidelines of relevant external authorities

EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant fields

EDUCATION
- College degree in Maths, Physics, Computer Science, or similar mathematical based disciplines

OTHER INFORMATION
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a team environment.
