Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their language requirements for specific roles.
Ensure timely hiring of 25 Spanish Bilingual CSR or Outbound Sales Representatives per week.
Coordinate with hiring managers and other team members to streamline the recruitment process.
**Requirements**:
Native Spanish speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
Proven experience in conducting interviews or language assessments, preferably in a bilingual environment.
Strong understanding of Spanish and English language proficiency levels and assessment criteria.
Ability to provide detailed feedback and recommendations for improvement in both verbal and written formats.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with remote interview platforms is a plus.
