**Apprentice** to act as Assistant to the Quality Governance Global Processes Team (all genders)
Our team is currently exploring new and innovative ways of delivering our services. We are looking for someone open to new ideas and challenges in the areas of document management and key performance indicators to support us in this adventure. We are the Global Quality Process team within Healthcare Quality (HCQ).
As part of our team, you will join a culturally diverse team who are working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the compliance of documents and e
- documentation system (ManGo)
Your Role:
- Support the team in management and approval of controlled documents
- Manage permissions to our electronic documentation system (ManGo)
- Verify data for and update the team's various databases
- Work within our intranet platform to maintain our data in an accurate state
- Support in the development of training material (PowerPoint, video)
- Research solutions to technical challenges
- Routinely support the team's other various activities
- Monthly and Quarterly reports on Documentation Key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Share your ideas Support our vision
Depending on your background and skills, you may be assigned additional tasks and projects.
Who you are:
- Student with administrative, IT or programming background preferred
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office: Advanced user in Excel package is a plus.
- Customer focused
- Fluent in Spanish and English. Any other European language will be an asset.
- Based in Spain (Reference site: Tres Cantos)
- A team player
