En IGNEO Ingeniería , multinacional referente en servicios de ingeniería y consultoría técnica, buscamos un/a Quality Manager Fotovoltaica . Este puesto estratégico está orientado a profesionales con experiencia en gestión de calidad, supervisión de proyectos de energía solar fotovoltaica y liderazgo de procesos técnicos en entornos de alta exigencia. Perfil Requerido Titulación: Ingeniería (Eléctrica, Energía, Industrial o similar). Experiencia: Supervisión de proyectos fotovoltaicos a gran escala; control de calidad en obra; reporting y coordinación técnica. Conocimientos: Normativa de calidad, auditorías, software de control documental. Idiomas: Inglés alto (se valora un segundo idioma). Competencias: Liderazgo, orientación al detalle, trabajo en equipo, comunicación efectiva. Responsabilidades principales Garantizar cumplimiento de estándares de calidad en proyectos solares. Supervisar ejecución de obra y procesos constructivos. Coordinar auditorías internas y externas. Elaborar informes de calidad y planes correctivos. Colaborar con Site y Project Managers.
