**_Your day to day with us:_**
- Leading and coaching team members in their technical capabilities development.
- Leading the team through transition process and providing support in this area both to Cluster Lead and KBS transition team.
- Act as a point of contact and trusted business partner for Cluster Commercial team, participating in standard operational review calls with key stakeholders and Business Leaders.
- Support the Cluster Sales Lead with all initiatives to improve GBS service offerings.
- People management responsibilities.
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
**_ What do you need to succeed?_**
- Bachelors in Business / Accounting /Economics / Statistics / Mathematics / Engineering
- Min. 2-4 years’ experience in business environment, preferably within FMCG
- Min. 1-3 years’ experience in people’s management
- Extensive know-how in FMCG channels is a plus
- Computer literacy: ERT, Business Objects & SAP/ERP, willingness and ability to learn/quickly adapt to other internal support PepsiCo software systems
