multiple years of corporate and/or agency progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting of technical talent (Software Development Engineers)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree
- Experience building and utilizing a variety of staffing plans and recruiting tools and strategies
- Experience with reporting; including research and data analysis
- MS Office - including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.

Job summary
We’re looking for a Recruiter to help us hire talent across EMEA

This is a brand-new recruiting team, supporting a very fast growing business. You get to be part of this team’s growth from the start, and with that will play a central role in how we get set up for the future. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders in the Amazon Ads team to hire talent. You’ll use data to develop long term hiring strategies, and you’ll think big to recommend ideas to help deliver the highest quality results to our customers.

Where?
Your remit will be to cover Recruiting for 4 fast growing orgs across EMEA.

About Us
Our customer is the Advertising org. They are incredibly supportive in our efforts and are great partners to Recruiting. This year we have a focus on building high quality diverse pipelines, simplifying our interview processes, and being more proactive in how we recruit.

Key job responsibilities
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
- Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
- Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers

About the team
The Advertising Recruiting Team is comprised of Recruiters, Sourcers, Recruiting Coordinators, and Market Intelligence Researchers who work together to deliver hires for the growing Advertising business.
- multiple years of corporate and/or agency progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting of technical talent (Software Development Engineers)
- Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills
- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
- Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member
- Leadership experience managing recruiters and coordinators
