**Responsibilities**

As an Affiliate Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand's reach and impact. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing afiliat marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate revenue.
• Identifying and recruiting potential afiliat partners who align with our brand values.
• Building strong relationships with afiliat partners, providing ongoing support and guidance.
• Monitoring and analyzing afiliat performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize results.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of afiliat marketing efforts.

**Requirements**

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Affiliate marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing Affiliate programs and achieving growth targets.
• Strong knowledge of Affiliate marketing platforms, tools, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective partnerships.
• Passion for women's fashion and a genuine desire to empower women through clothing.
